Coffee & Add-Ins: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on consumable products, opened or unopened.

Mugs & Merchandise: Unopened items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase in original sealed packaging. If your item arrived damaged, contact us within 15 days with photo documentation of both the packaging and the item. Approved claims receive store credit or an exchange.

Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
