Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every cup. But we also understand things happen, so our policy reflects that reality.
Coffee & Presence Line:
All coffee and Presence Stick Pack sales are Final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any consumable prodcucts, opened or unopended.
If you have a quality concern with your order, contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@thisisgiant.com. Quality issues are handled case by case. Every bag of GIANT coffee is stamped with a roasted-on and best-by date - please reference those dates when reaching out.
Mugs & Merchandise:
Unopened merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase, provided items are in original sealed packaging.
If your item arrived damaged, we'll make it right. You'll need to provide photo documentation of both the damaged packaging and the item itself within 15 days of delivery. Approved claims will receive a store credit or exchange.
Shipping:
Customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Wrong Item or Missing Order:
If we made an error on your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
