Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

GIANT Coffee Co. ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST on a business day are typically shipped that same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Flat rate shipping: $7.99 on all US orders.

Carriers

We ship via multiple carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier is selected based on the most cost-effective option for your delivery location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times vary by carrier and location.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. GIANT Coffee Co. is not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
